We have a “non-confrontational” team building approach

Client and Professional Team:

• Project Management continues to pursue recognition. This tends to result in conflict. P M Africa Project Management ensures early identification of this conflict and conversion thereof results in appreciation of our service.
• We recognise that no one individual or discipline on its own results in a successful project.
• Each party’s unique skills are required.
• Team Building is essential.
• We see ourselves as motivators not dictators.

Contractors:

• We recommend a prequalification to tender process which will establish the rules of the game upfront. This will result in unqualified tenders and simple adjudication. This will be the first step to avoiding conflict between the Contractor, the Professional Team and the Client.
• We will nurture a spirit of trust between the Professional Team, the Client and the Contractor
• A formal monthly forum will be set up to address and settle any claims that may have arisen. A clean slate approach will be adopted whereby both the Contractor and the Client will, at all times, know exactly where they stand. There will be no late surprises!

End User:

• The end user will be regarded as being part of the team.
• The planning and documentation of the end user will be coordinated and controlled with no sudden deadlines being dumped upon them. The Project Manager will also form the buffer between the end user and the Contractors ensuring a smooth transition of progressive access.
